By registering for, accessing, or attending the Avari Zero to $10K Virtual Masterclass (the "Event"), or by clicking “I agree,” you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not register or attend.
1) Overview of the Offer
$0 Today (Registration): You may register for the Event at no upfront cost. During registration, you authorize Avari to store your card on file for future use (see Section 3).
Post‑Event Auto‑Charge ($297): If you do not cancel by the Cancellation Deadline, you authorize Avari to charge $297 (plus any taxes/fees) to your stored card on the Charge Date & Time disclosed at checkout and in your confirmation email. This Pay Later pathway includes Avari’s conditional satisfaction guarantee described in §4.3 (subject to the Participation Requirements in §4.2).
Pay‑Now Option ($97): At or after registration, you may choose to pay $97 immediately. This includes Event replay access (when available) and exclusive Event bonuses listed at checkout. No satisfaction guarantee: by choosing Pay‑Now, you waive the conditional satisfaction guarantee in §4.3 in exchange for the replay/bonuses. If you pay $97 now, you will not be charged $297 post‑Event.
Bonuses/Deliverables:** Any bonuses or deliverables included in your option (e.g., replay, worksheets, templates) will be described at checkout and/or in the confirmation email. Availability windows may be time‑limited.
2) Pricing, Taxes, and Changes
All amounts are in U.S. Dollars. Taxes, payment processor fees, or surcharges (if any) will be shown at checkout. We may modify pricing for future events or offers at any time, but not retroactively for your already‑placed registration.
3) Stored Card Consent (Credential‑on‑File) & One‑Click Purchases
Card Storage Authorization. You expressly authorize Avari to transmit your card details to Stripe for secure tokenization and storage as a stored credential (often called “card on file”). Avari does not store raw card numbers on its servers.
Permitted Charges. You authorize Avari to initiate charges to your stored card for:
(a) the post‑Event $297 on the disclosed Charge Date & Time if you do not cancel by the Cancellation Deadline; and
(b) any future, clearly‑disclosed one‑click purchases you make (e.g., by clicking a button labeled with the price and purchase action) using the stored card.
Revoking Consent. You may revoke stored‑card consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Revoke Stored Card Consent”. Revocation will prevent new future‑initiated charges but does not cancel any charges you already authorized (including the post‑Event $297 if you fail to cancel by the deadline).
Updated Cards. You authorize Stripe or your card issuer to update or replace stored credentials (e.g., upon card reissue) to help avoid failed payments.
Receipts. You consent to receive electronic receipts via email for each charge we process to your stored card.
4) Cancellation Policy (to Avoid the $297 Post‑Event Charge)
To avoid the post‑Event $297 charge, you must complete both of the following by the Cancellation Deadline:
(A) Submit a valid cancellation request using one of the approved methods below; and
(B) Satisfy the Participation Requirements listed in Section 4.2.
Compliance Note: Where required by applicable law, we will honor cancellation requests made by the deadline even if Participation Requirements are not met. In those jurisdictions, the Participation Requirements below apply instead to eligibility for any satisfaction‑based guarantee or incentive we may offer. Nothing herein is intended to restrict any non‑waivable consumer rights.
4.1 How to Submit a Valid Cancellation Request
You may cancel using the following method:
Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel Post‑Event Charge” and include all of the following:
Your full name
The email address used at registration
The Event Date
The statement: “Please cancel the $297 post‑Event charge for the Zero to $10K Virtual Masterclass.”
(Optional but helpful) The last 4 digits of the card you used
Your cancellation must be received by us by the Cancellation Deadline disclosed on the checkout page and confirmation email. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us immediately at [email protected].
No‑Shows: Failure to attend the Event does not constitute cancellation. If you do not cancel by the deadline (and, where applicable, meet Participation Requirements), you will be charged $297 on the Charge Date.
Transfers: Registrations are not transferable without our prior written consent.
4.2 Participation Requirements (for Cancellation Eligibility)
To help maximize attendee outcomes, and as part of our success framework, you agree that cancellation eligibility is conditioned on the following good‑faith participation steps, each to be completed during the Event or by the Cancellation Deadline:
Name Match (Attendance Verification). Your registered name must match the Zoom display name used during the Event. If needed, update your Zoom display name before or during the session so it matches your registration.
Camera On. Your camera must be on during the class, except for reasonable short breaks. If you require an accommodation (e.g., disability, privacy, bandwidth constraints), email [email protected] at least 24 hours before the Event so we can work with you on an alternative verification method.
Live Chat Participation. Post a minimum of five (5) messages in the live chat when prompted during the class to show participation. Low‑effort or duplicative spam entries may not count; provide genuine responses to prompts.
$0→$10K Blueprint Completed. Complete the “$0‑to‑$10K Blueprint” PDF provided and submit it in the cancellation email as a pdf or a photo. Blank or substantially incomplete submissions may not qualify.
Feedback Form Completed. Submit the Event Feedback Form provided during/after the session.
Evidence & Review. We may validate participation using Zoom attendance and chat logs, form submission timestamps, and file uploads. If platforms experience outages or your access is interrupted, notify us promptly; we will make reasonable accommodations and will not penalize bona fide technical failures.
Good‑Faith Standard. Attempts to game the process (e.g., bot posts, blank forms) may void cancellation eligibility. We reserve the right to request clarifications reasonably related to the above criteria.
Privacy Note. Participation signals (attendance, chat, submissions) are processed per Section 12 (Privacy) and used only to verify eligibility and improve the Event.
4.3 Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee (Pay Later Only)
Eligibility. Only registrants who choose the Pay Later pathway ($0 today → $297 post‑Event) are eligible for Avari’s conditional satisfaction guarantee. To invoke the guarantee and avoid the $297 charge, you must, by the Cancellation Deadline: (i) submit a valid cancellation request per §4.1, and (ii) meet the Participation Requirements in §4.2. If both conditions are satisfied, we will not process the $297 charge.
Pay‑Now Waiver. If you choose the Pay‑Now ($97) option, you acknowledge and agree that you receive the replay/bonuses in exchange for waiving the conditional satisfaction guarantee. The $97 payment remains governed by §5 (Refunds & Chargebacks).
Compliance & Consumer Rights. Where applicable law requires the right to cancel the post‑Event charge by the stated deadline regardless of participation, we will honor such cancellations if received by the deadline (see the Compliance Note in §4). In those jurisdictions, the Participation Requirements apply to eligibility for satisfaction‑based incentives rather than the statutory right to cancel.
Erroneous Charges. If you timely met the guarantee conditions but were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge; upon verification, we will promptly reverse or refund the $297.
5) Refunds & Chargebacks
$97 Pay‑Now Option: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all $97 payments are final and non‑refundable, except if Avari cancels the Event in full and does not provide a comparable replacement or replay access.
Post‑Event $297: If you are charged the $297 because you did not cancel by the deadline, this amount is non‑refundable.
Chargebacks. You agree not to file a chargeback for charges made in accordance with these Terms. If you do, we may provide documentation (including your consent and cancellation records) to your card network/issuer.
Consumer Rights. Nothing in this Section limits rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.
6) Event Access; Technology; Replay
Access Method. Event access details (e.g., Zoom/streaming link) will be sent to your registration email. Do not share access.
Tech Requirements. You are responsible for a stable internet connection and compatible device/software.
Replay. If your offer includes replay, it will be available for the period stated at checkout/confirmation. We are not responsible for your failure to access replay due to device, account, or network issues on your side.
7) Conduct; Community Standards
You agree to participate respectfully. We may remove or block access (without refund) for harassment, illegal conduct, spamming, disruptive behavior, sharing of piracy links, or violation of these Terms.
8) Intellectual Property; License
All Event content (slides, videos, audio, workbooks, tools, frameworks, templates, transcripts) is the intellectual property of Avari or its licensors.
Personal License. We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non‑commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicize, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9) Coaching, Earnings & Results Disclaimers (No Guarantees)
The Event provides education and coaching. We do not guarantee any results or earnings (including achieving $10K/month). Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Any testimonials or examples are extraordinary results and not average.
Nothing in the Event constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or medical advice. Always consult your professional advisors.
10) Recordings; Use of Likeness
Recording Notice. The Event may be recorded (audio/video) by Avari. By attending, you consent to the recording and to Avari’s use of your image, voice, name, and statements in Event materials, marketing, and derivative works, without compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, as permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not attend live and turn off your camera/mic.
11) Communications & E‑Sign Consent
You consent to receive transactional emails and notices related to the Event, your payments, and your account.
You agree to use electronic signatures/records and acknowledge they satisfy any legal requirement for written signatures/records to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12) Privacy; Data Security; Third‑Party Processors
We collect and process your personal information per our Privacy Policy available at https://funnel.avariai.com/privacypolicy-page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your use of Stripe‑enabled payments may also be subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13) Eligibility
The Event is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity and authority to enter these Terms.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avari and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any third‑party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Event.
15) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The Event and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avari’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Event will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Event (if any).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; if so, those limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
16) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Informal Resolution First. Before filing a claim, you agree to email [Support Email] with a description of your dispute and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.
Arbitration. If not resolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Venue & Governing Law. Governing law is Utah (without regard to conflicts of laws). The seat of arbitration is Washington County, Utah.
Class Action/Jury Waiver. You agree to arbitrate on an individual basis only, waive any right to a jury trial, and waive participation in any class, consolidated, or representative actions.
Small Claims Option. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Washington County, Utah, instead of arbitration.
17) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, internet outages, government actions, labor shortages, platform failures).
18) Modifications
We may update these Terms for future registrations at any time. For your existing registration, material changes will be communicated to your registration email or presented for acceptance at login/checkout.
19) Assignment
We may assign our rights/obligations under these Terms. You may not assign without our written consent.
20) Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver
These Terms (plus the checkout disclosures and your confirmation email) are the entire agreement between you and Avari regarding the Event. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Summary of Key Payments & Deadlines
Option A ($0 Today + $297 Later): Register now for $0; if you do not cancel by 10/25/2025 at 11:59 p.m. America/Denver (and, where applicable, meet the Participation Requirements in §4.2), you will be charged $297 on 10/26/2025 at 10:00 a.m. America/Denver to your stored card.
Option B ($97 Pay‑Now): Pay $97 now; you get replay & bonuses and will not be charged $297 later.
Guarantee: The conditional satisfaction guarantee is available only with Pay Later and requires a valid cancellation request (§4.1) and meeting the Participation Requirements (§4.2). Pay‑Now customers waive the guarantee in exchange for the replay and bonuses.
How to Cancel: Email [email protected] with the required info before the deadline.
Participation Requirements (for cancellation eligibility):

No‑Shows: Not a cancellation. You’ll be charged $297 if you miss the deadline.
